Over the past 22 years, Black Bear Tavern ("BBT" or "The Bear" as our regulars call it) has built a reputation as being Atlanta's friendliest tavern to have lunch, dinner, and watch all sporting events. Especially Chicago sports events. As the official viewing location for all Chicago sports teams, you can count on watching the game with other diehard fans both local and from afar. And with numerous flat screen TVs, you won't miss a game.

All of our dishes are made fresh to order. With a vast menu of bar food, there's something for everyone. But most people come here to try one of our 12 burgers. Starting with eight ounces of fresh ground beef, our burgers range from the classic Black Bear Burger all the way to Texas Burger drenched in wing sauce and topped with melted bleu cheese crumbles. We're proud to also feature our chef's creation, The Awesome Burger, a burger so awesome it made waves in the press.

As the oldest bar on Peachtree Road, we pride ourselves on being the best neighborhood tavern. You will find our friendly staff takes pride in getting to know every person that walks in and making them feel at home. Our saying is, ''There are no strangers here - just friends you haven't met yet!'' We have live music every Friday and Saturday night starting at 10:30pm. We also have dart boards that will keep you entertained. And if you feel like bringing out your inner golfer, we have Golden Tee as well!
